EP is a hero and a national treasure. Great intelligent person and historian. His debut record “La Perfecta” is still smoking as well as all his jams. Good interview. Actually we also used to call it the “cuchifrito” circuit. Was fortunate to have met or worked with a many of the artist mentioned including the lovely Manny Oquendo.
