I was turned on to Pat at 18 , and the Bassist Len Kasher was a huge influence on me, he reminded me of Scott Lofaro . thanks for this one Jake .
I of course meant Len Lasher
Pat is part of the legacy of the Bach Dancing & Dynamite Society. He was one of the first musicians to play at the Bach and a good friend of the founder Pete Douglas (my father). Pat was also instrumental in getting the Bill Evans, Pepper Adams and Helen Humes (and more) live recordings produced. Agree he is one of the unsung heroes!
Pat passed away on February 5, 2022. He was one in a million and loved and adored by so many.
